Once we have completed the in-depth interview, your personal profile will be updated and you will be ready to receive introduction. You should be notified of your first introduction within 7 to 10 days. Your membership will start upon receipt of your first introduction.
Upon finding a suitable match for you, we will send you their profile and picture while sending your profile and picture to them. Either person can contact the other. We will only give out your first name and e-mail address unless you authorize us to give out your last name and telephone number as well. This depends on how difficult your requirements and criteria in your mate are. It also depends how willing you are to be reasonable. Your counselor will keep in continuous contact with you and you will keep him or her informed of your matching needs.
 We believe in quality introductions, rather than just quantity. Most members of Romance online have gone through the same initial in-depth telephone interview that you did upon joining our service. We ensure that all of our members are serious about matchmaking and finding their special someone. After each introduction, we encourage you to communicate with your counselor on how your meeting went and to give us your feedback on the other person. This feedback is kept, and alerts us to any concerns within our membership base.
